Description
The “My school theme” was designed with the first few weeks of school in mind. This is the crucial time to set routines and model to your students how to use their school stationery. When routines and classroom rules are put into place it ensures a much smoother school year.
Day 1: My school
Day 2: My teacher
Day 3: My classroom rules
Day 4: My crayons
Day 5: My pencils
Day 6: My markers
Day 7: My glue
Day 8: My scissor
Day 9: My glue stick
Day 10: My paint
Each day is planned with an introduction lesson which starts with the story of the day (showed in the booklist for the theme) and followed by the morning ring. Then it progress into the creative activity for the day and ends with the second ring of the day. Each of these have their activity to complete; either math, literacy, fine motor or art.
In the lesson plan you will have pictures to assist you in setting up your theme table, playdough tray, sensory bin and light table.
